Every appointment requires a $1 booking deposit per service, which is applied toward the appointment balance. Booking deposits are nonrefundable but may be transferred once when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

Please arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may require the service to be adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time. Services completed during the shortened appointment will be charged at their regular price. If the scheduled service cannot be completed safely or properly, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the same-day cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment, but before the appointment date, are subject to a $25 fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $50 fee. Outstanding fees must be paid before another appointment may be booked.

Listed prices are starting prices. Final pricing and timing may vary based on hair length, density, condition, service history, product required, and the desired result. Any significant changes will be discussed before the service begins. Some transformations may require a consultation and multiple appointments.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact the studio within 48 hours. Any approved adjustment must be completed within seven days of the original appointment and, when possible, by the original artisan. Complimentary adjustments apply only to the service originally agreed upon. Services are nonrefundable.

Changes in preference will be treated as a new service and charged accordingly. If the work has been altered by another provider, any corrective service at Vanquish will require a consultation and will be charged accordingly.

Retail products purchased directly from Vanquish may be exchanged within seven days of purchase. Refunds are not provided. Extension hair, hairpieces, and customized items require full payment and are final sale. Tools, special-order items, and sale items are also final sale.

To preserve the tranquil and relaxing atmosphere of Vanquish, please use phones quietly and headphones for all audio and video. We ask that extended calls be taken outside when possible. Recording or photographing other guests or team members requires their permission.

Appointments are reserved for the scheduled guest. To preserve a safe, tranquil, and attentive environment, please do not bring additional guests or children who are not receiving a scheduled service. One parent or guardian may accompany a minor receiving services. Caregivers, interpreters, and necessary support persons are always welcome.

Please contact the studio before arriving if you are experiencing contagious symptoms. Before your service begins, inform your artisan of any allergies, sensitivities, scalp concerns, medical conditions, medications, or recent treatments that could affect your service. Our artisans do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Vanquish reserves the right to modify, postpone, discontinue, or refuse a service when necessary to protect the integrity of the hair or scalp, maintain studio safety, or preserve a respectful environment for guests and team members.

Pets are not permitted inside Vanquish Beauty Studio. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law and must remain under the control of their handler.

Color and chemical services involve products that may permanently stain or damage fabric. We provide protective draping, but guests should avoid wearing valuable or delicate clothing and keep handbags and personal items away from service areas. Vanquish cannot accept responsibility for staining or damage to clothing or personal belongings during these services.

Gift cards may be purchased online or in the studio and are nonrefundable. They cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. When purchased for a specific service, that service price is honored for one year. After one year, the original amount paid remains available as a credit toward current pricing. Dollar-value gift cards expire five years from the purchase date.
