We recommend contacting the studio if you have any questions in regards to your booking. Please book multiple services if you are interested in a variety services, such as color followed by a haircut and/or blowout.

Please note that chemical services do not include a style.

It is our goal to provide you with the exceptional service. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your experience, please let your technician, our manager or client coordinator know immediately.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover credit card payments and require a deposit for services to hold appointments. In addition, we honor Apple Pay as well as Tap-and-Go Credit Card payments and Cash App.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to ensure the best client experience, we regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension if another client’s appointment is impacted. We encourage all guests to arrive at least 5 minutes before their appointment time. This practice guarantees full-service time and valuable treatment time is provided. After 15 mins you may be asked to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

We encourage our clients to schedule in advance to ensure that their artisan is available. Same day appointments or walk-in appointments are always welcome based on availability but are not available to book online. If it's necessary to change or cancel your appointment, we request you do so a minimum of 24 hours in advance or when you receive your confirmation text message. Please understand how busy we are and your reservation is being held for you, if the appointment is not canceled, we are unable to offer the time to another guest. Please be courteous and mindful to stylists and clients. Everyone misses out when you fail this practice. All cancellations made less than 24 hours will be subject to a flat fee $25 of service cancellation fee. No shows and same day appts. will be charged a $50 of your service. Please call studio directly at (434) 239-4247 to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

COVID / Safety

Effective March 21st, 2022, face coverings are now optional for guests and staff. We follow the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation around this matter. This may change at any time. We ask that if you or anyone in your family is sick or has been exposed to anyone who is sick that you do not enter the building and to please reschedule your appointment via phone. Vanquish Beauty Studio will continue to provide masks if needed at small charge of $3 that will be added to your ticket. We will also continue to implement thorough sanitation procedures throughout the studio.

We will have you wash/sanitize your hands in a specified area, we may take your temperature, we may also ask you if you or any one in your family is sick or has been exposed to anyone with Covid. In accordance with CDC guidelines, if you have a temperature above 100.4, you will not be allowed to enter and will need to reschedule your appointment.

Only guests with scheduled appointments are allowed in the service area. Please do not bring extra guests as space is limited. We also welcome behaved children to have services done at Vanquish. Please be mindful of your children and respect other client's relaxation time.

Medical

It is Vanquish Beauty Studio’s sincere intention to accommodate all guests. For your protection, kindly alert our staff of any allergies, health conditions or other special needs that may require our attention to make your visit a pleasant one. As well as any medications you are taking at the time of booking. Some of our products may have contraindications and we would be happy to recommend something more suitable.

Cell Phones

Vanquish Beauty Studio is a place of peace & tranquility. We understand the need to be accessible to family, friends and business, however we request you place your phone in vibrate mode for the duration of your visit with us out of respect of others and your own relaxation. Please limit conversations to text only. Please refrain from any loud or disruptive speaker conversations or video playback. If you need to conduct a phone call, we ask that you excuse yourself shortly in order to not disturb the relaxation of other clients. Please use waiting area and maintain a quiet level of conversation.

Gratuities

In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your own discretion. An amount of 15-20% is customary. Tips are not included in service prices.

Returned Check Policy

There will be a $35 fee for any returned checks.

Product Return Policy

We trust that you will love the amazing products we have specifically selected for your needs; however, we understand that sometimes they may not be the right fit. You can exchange your product for another, but unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

Service Expectations

No refunds will be given on services that have been completed and paid for. However, if for any reason, you are not 100% feelin’ yourself after your service, please contact us directly within 24-48 hours to make it right. We want you to love your hair and brag to all your friends how you go to the best studio in the city. We understand that sometimes people communicate in different ways, and we do our best to ensure a 5-star experience. Remember, we are professionals and don’t take things personally.

Any and all hair extensions and hair replacement pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased or install. Any hair extensions must be paid in full upon booking.

Vanquish Beauty Studio Gift Cards

Vanquish Beauty Studio offers Gift Cards for any dollar amount or for specific service. They can be purchased online or at the Studio. Gift cards are non-refundable, are not valid for cash and expire one year from date of purchase. Gift cards can’t be purchased with any other coupon, discount, or promotion.

Children

Well-behaved children are allowed to receive services. However, if it will be an unpleasant experience for the child as well as stylists or clients you may be asked to reschedule them when they are able to sit comfortably. Please watch and discipline your children so we don’t have to. Thank you for your cooperation.
