Before booking, please review our policies below.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact the studio directly.

Please book multiple services if you’d like to combine experiences, such as color plus a haircut or blowout.

Please note that chemical services do not include a style.

We accept all major credit cards and require a deposit for services to hold appointments. In addition, we honor Apple Pay as well as Tap-and-Go and Cash App.

Arrival & Late Policy

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth experience. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service to avoid impacting other clients. Guests arriving 15 minutes or later may be asked to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance through phone or your confirmation text. Cancellations made after the 24 hour period will be charged a $25 fee. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged $50. Please call the studio directly at (434) 239-4247 for any changes.

Health Safety

To protect our guests and team, we ask that you reschedule if you’re feeling unwell or have been exposed to illness. We maintain strict sanitation practices and reserve the right to decline service if signs of illness are present.

Medical

For your safety, please alert us at the time of booking if you have any allergies, medical conditions, or are taking medications that could affect your service. We are happy to recommend alternative products if needed.

Cell Phones

To maintain a peaceful environment, please set your phone to silent or vibrate during your visit. Limit communication to texting while in service areas. If a phone call is necessary, we kindly ask you to step into the waiting area to avoid disturbing other guests.

Gratuities

In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your own discretion. An amount of 15-20% is customary. Tips are not included in service prices.

Returned Check Policy

There will be a $35 fee for any returned checks.

Product Return Policy

Products may be exchanged for another selection, but we do not offer refunds. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Service Expectations

No refunds are offered for completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24–48 hours so we can make it right. Hair extensions and hair replacement pieces are final sale and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Vanquish Beauty Studio Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased online or in-studio for any service or dollar amount. They are non-refundable, expire one year from the purchase date.

Children

We welcome well-behaved children who are receiving services. If a child cannot sit comfortably or creates disruptions, we may ask that services be rescheduled. Parents are expected to supervise their children respectfully during visits.
